The Adult Education & Literacy department at Lincoln Land Community College provides adults with a variety of educational opportunities in the areas of high school equivalency preparation, basic skills, English language skills, Adult Career Pathways and literacy. The department is currently seeking Literacy Coordinators to assist students and support tutors. Coordinators are needed in Springfield, Jacksonville/Beardstown, and Hillsboro/Litchfield/Taylorville. Some travel is required. This contractual, non-benefited position will be funded through June 30, 2018. Renewal of contract beyond June 30, 2018 is contingent upon the availability of grant funds. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
